Wedgetail Court – Construction 3
In this video the bedroom wing has been completed with the roof installed. The main structure has the sub level and ground level completed. The blockwork for the top floor has been completed and the suspended slabs that create the roof over the decks have been formed up with the steel being installed ready for the concrete pour.
Wedgetail Court – Construction 2
This video was taken when the caravan garage structure was complete. This consisted of core filled block walls and a suspended slab roof. The main house has the walls completed for the sub level. The walls were core filled block work which have been waterproofed on the outside where the ground will be backfilled against the structure. The formwork has begun for the slab on the ground floor.
Wedgetail Court – Construction 1
This video was completed at base stage. The site has had the earthworks completed and the footing system installed. The caravan garage block walls have been constructed, they are placed on a suspended concrete slab which has a blockwork water tank below the slab.
Maroochy River Studio
This Maroochy River cottage was 'studio' style, with open plan living/kitchen/bedroom. Raked ceiling gave extended height to the interior, with polished concrete flooring and sleek black no-handles kitchen joinery adding to the industrial feel.
Buderim Cottages
Individual cottages built in Buderim. Excavation of land prior to build commencing to level out block, construction of cottages and adjoining carport for each.
Mooloolaba Waterfront
An architecturally designed new home, constructed over 3 storeys. Building to high-end specifications which included off-form concrete, polished concrete floors, a spiral staircase and recycled timber.
Burnett Street
Commercial office/shop spaces with 3 residential units behind the complex.
New Build, Wappa
This build was unusual as it had a 1000m2 shed attached to the home. The project was lite construction and had full off-grid setup of power and water.
Minyama Waterfront
Residential high-end home build in close proximity to deep water canal in Minyama. Features include double-height void with walkway, interior stonework pillars and fireplace and waterfront swimming pool.
