The Anchorage is an ongoing project, Ivan Tuohy Constructions has currently built 50 homes within the development. The homes are constructed of weatherboard or light weight cladding, and are concrete slab on the ground (rather than elevated slab). Our house build for these projects includes complete build of the house and includes landscaping (fencing, lawns, pathways, driveway etc).
