This Maroochy River cottage was ‘studio’ style, with open plan living/kitchen/bedroom. Raked ceiling gave extended height to the interior, with polished concrete flooring and sleek black no-handles kitchen joinery adding to the industrial feel. The exterior is a mix of stonework teamed with black corrugation, giving a wonderful rustic yet sleek finish. A nice piece of architecture to have as a studio!
