I have known Ivan for more than 15 years. Ivan has constructed numerous properties for me including a new canal front residence, a new rural off grid residence and renovate an existing home, as well as renovations and extensions on other properties.
Ivan’s approach to bigger projects is second to none. His time management, people management and logistical skills come to the fore to always deliver on time and within budget. His management always allows all trades to adequately deliver their part for the smooth running of the project.
Ivan is always very approachable and ensures that he communicates throughout the entire project, both as a Supervisor and Builder to produce the best quality in a timely manner.
